This corner bookcase is custom-made from reclaimed antique solid wood, entirely handcrafted and finished with a warm dark walnut wax patina. The structure is developed in an L-shape and includes open shelving, a low base unit designed to hold a TV and soundbar, and side modules for additional storage.

It is not a mass-produced item, but a bespoke piece designed specifically for this space—conceived together with the client, carefully studied in its proportions and style to integrate seamlessly with the architectural character of the country home. Every stage of the process—from cutting the wood to the final wax finish—was carried out by hand, using traditional techniques that require skill and craftsmanship.

The result is an authentic piece of furniture, free from plastic coatings or synthetic finishes, perfectly in tune with a refined country-chic interior featuring travertine floors, lime-plastered walls, exposed wooden beams and warm natural tones.

The bookcase is designed for everyday use, with shelving that holds books, framed photos and personal objects, and closed compartments to store essentials neatly.
