A Built-in Wardrobe: a Custom Carpentry Project that Shapes the Room

A project crafted to the millimetre, balancing function and style

This custom-made wardrobe was born from a client’s initial request: to make the most of a recessed wall in the bedroom. Following a detailed site survey, we proposed two design options—one modern, clean and minimal; the other more traditional, with framed doors and moulded panels.

The client opted for the classic version, featuring solid wood fronts hand-finished with brush-applied paint to highlight the artisanal character. The internal structure, made of laminated plywood, was tailored to the client’s specific needs: seasonal compartments, hanging space, adjustable shelves.

The project was completed with on-site installation and hand-refined wall junctions, ensuring a seamless integration into the niche.
