Etruscan Red Pergola – Tailored elegance for the park of a historic farmhouse
A comprehensive project, conceived and carried out from start to finish to blend discreetly and gracefully with the most scenic corner of this ancient Umbrian stone farmhouse: the terrace overlooking the lake, nestled among the greenery of the park with olive and centuries-old trees, stone pathways, a small church with a bell tower, and an atmosphere that balances the quiet charm of the countryside with the taste of history.
The pergola, custom-made, is the result of a carefully structured process: site survey, aesthetic and technical study, construction, painting, and installation. But what truly sets the project apart is the choice of color—boldly breaking with convention and becoming a distinctive feature of the place’s identity.
No rustic brown, no catalog-standard anodized aluminum: here, the wood has been treated and finished in a vivid, emotionally resonant Etruscan red. A shade deeply rooted in tradition, yet refined and contemporary. A color that enhances the historic atmosphere of the site, giving the structure both character and presence—without ever overwhelming it.
The pergola is stable and well-proportioned, solid yet light, designed to gracefully accompany the central walkway and frame the view, offering shelter and beauty on sunny days or welcoming ceremonies under the stars.
A simple architectural gesture, carefully conceived to elevate the tone of its surroundings—without ever betraying their soul.
